Terms & Conditions

1. Services

The Quiet Pour provides mobile coffee bar services for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private gatherings. Services are customized per agreement and outlined in individual contracts or proposals.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
Dates are not reserved until deposit is received.

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within [14 days] of the event may be subject to additional fees up to 100% of the remaining balance.
If The Quiet Pour must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4. Event Requirements

Client agrees to provide:

Access to the event space at least [60–90 minutes] before service
Adequate space for cart setup
Access to power supply (if required)
A safe, stable working environment

Failure to provide these may impact service delivery.

5. Liability

The Quiet Pour is not liable for:

Delays caused by venue restrictions
Power outages
Weather conditions (for outdoor events)
Guest behavior

We maintain appropriate business liability coverage.

6. Menu Customization

Menu selections are curated in collaboration with the client. Availability of specific syrups or specialty ingredients may depend on sourcing and event size.

7. Overtime

Service exceeding agreed hours will incur additional charges at a rate of €150 per hour.

8. Branding & Media

Unless otherwise agreed:

The Quiet Pour reserves the right to photograph or film the event setup for marketing purposes. Clients may request privacy in writing prior to the event.

9. Force Majeure

The Quiet Pour is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
